From our Northleach Office, NKS Contracts (Central) Ltd has gained a reputation for completing construction projects to a high standard whilst adopting both a professional and friendly approach to our work and maintaining ‘Best Value’ for the Client at all times.

Following the continued success of the Bristol office which was formed in 1992, NKS Contracts (Central) Ltd was established in 1998 to service a new geographical area and client base. NKS Contracts (Central) Ltd now directly employ 45 staff and can boast an annual turnover in excess of 3 million pounds.

The majority of our work is undertaken with Housing Associations and Local Councils (RSL’s) under framework and partnership agreements.

We specialise in the following areas of Construction:

• Kitchen and Bathroom Modernisation
• Disabled Adaptations
• Refurbishment
• Extensions and Alterations

At NKS Contracts (Central) Ltd, our policy is to directly employ all tradesmen giving us greater control over the construction process from inception through to completion. Such trades include; carpentry, plumbing, gas fitting, decoration, plastering and ceramic tiling. Flooring and electrical works can be carried out by our own flooring and electrical divisions based in Bristol, thus providing a “one stop shop” for all our clients. All staff are either accredited to or working towards the Construction Skills Certification Scheme.

Our tradesmen are fully supported by a highly experienced and Professional Management Team who have considerable working knowledge of the construction industry and processes.

All our tradesmen and site staff are fully versed and trained on latest Health and Safety procedures and actively carry out their duties in accordance with the relevant Statutory Legislation.

Supply Chain Management is fully embraced within the company. We have entered into long term negotiated agreements with many of our major suppliers enabling us to readily procure materials at lower costs.
