Residents of Housing-21 in retirement living and extra care housing across the southern regions of England are set to experience a complete transformation of their communal areas thanks to a 5-year internal decorations and refurbishment framework that has an option to be extended for an additional three years to 2031.

The modernisation programme aims to revitalise a proportion of the leading not-for-profit organisation’s 23,300 properties to planned programmes located in Bristol, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Wiltshire and Hertfordshire.

We will be working alongside the housing associations interior design teams to deliver modernisations and makeovers to kitchens, lounge and dining room areas, corridors and stairways, updating the décor of the associations places and spaces within its occupied properties.

Their expertise, coupled with our hands-on approach, is set to create high quality spaces that strike a balance between functionality, aesthetics, and accessibility. The modernisations are not just about visual appeal; they are designed to enhance the overall living experience for residents, fostering a sense of community and wellbeing, and also promote a sense of pride and comfort among its residents.
