The modernisation programme aims to revitalise a proportion of the leading not-for-profit organisation’s 23,300 properties to planned programmes located in Bristol, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Wiltshire and Hertfordshire.

We will be working alongside the housing associations interior design teams to deliver modernisations and makeovers to kitchens, lounge and dining room areas, corridors and stairways, updating the décor of the associations places and spaces within its occupied properties.

Housing-21’s interior design teams have a pivotal role in shaping the vision and execution of the modernisation program. Their expertise, coupled with our hands-on approach, is set to create high quality spaces that strike a balance between functionality, aesthetics, and accessibility. The modernisations are not just about visual appeal; they are designed to enhance the overall living experience for residents, fostering a sense of community and wellbeing, and also promote a sense of pride and comfort among its residents.

Housing-21’s Redecorations Framework is a forward-looking initiative that goes beyond mere cosmetic improvements. It represents a commitment to creating modern, functional, and inviting spaces that enhance the quality of life for residents and contribute to their overall wellbeing.
