Following a competitive tender process and a long-standing collaborative relationship with the University of the West of England (UWE), we have been awarded a £760,000 project to upgrade Mendip Court, a six-storey student accommodation block on UWE’s Frenchay Campus.
The project involves a comprehensive internal refurbishment of 68 student flats, including redecoration, new flooring, and the completion of ongoing bathroom improvements. It also includes the full replacement of 12 communal kitchens, enhancing shared spaces and improving the overall living environment for students.
The programme will be phased over an eight-week period, with works already underway. With a detailed logistics plan in place, the project is set to stay on schedule and finish in time for the new academic term, while maintaining the University’s high-quality standards.
