In July 2023, we commenced a redecoration and refurbishment framework spanning 5-years with an option to extend for an additional 3-years. The objective is to modernise communal areas in retirement living and extra care housing in properties located within the southern regions of England.

A phased programme of planned kitchen and bathroom upgrade works including wet room adaptations to occupied properties within Bristol, Bath, North East Somerset, and North Somerset areas. The programme operates as a fully managed, and self-delivered design and installation service.

An external painting and redecoration contract including pre-paint repairs to rendered surfaces and external woodwork as with soffits, windows, and doors, plus gates and railings. The contract is arranged over a phased programme for dwellings of all types including low-rise properties, bungalows, and flats.

The procurement of minor general building works (to include but not limited to), responsive repairs, painting, decorating, and maintenance work within council owned/occupied buildings within the Bath and North East Somerset Council unitary area of operations.

Here we provide general building, painting, decorating, and maintenance within Council owned/occupied buildings in the Bath and North East Somerset area of operations; adapting, and altering existing premises through planned maintenance and on an ‘as required’ basis plus new building works.
